The Verb "to have"
O verbo have é usado para indicar posse.
Por exemplo:
I have a dog. (Eu tenho um cachorro.)
You have blue eyes. (Você tem olhos azuis).
Positive form (FORMA AFIRMATIVA)
Forma afirmativa do verbo have:
Sujeito + have / has
Exemplos:
Peter has two cars. (Peter tem dois carros.)
They have many friends. (Eles têm muitos amigos.)
Negative form (FORMA NEGATIVA)
Forma negativa do verbo have:
Sujeito + have / has + no / not
Exemplos:
He has no friends. (Ele não tem amigos.)
They have no children. (Eles não tem filhos.)
Question form (FORMA INTERROGATIVA)
Forma interrogativa do verbo have:
Have / Has + sujeito
Exemplos:
Forma Afirmativa: You have two brothers. (Você tem dois irmãos).
Forma Interrogativa: Have you two brothers? (Você tem dois irmãos?)
